Swimming sessions for young people

We offer all young people under 16 years old free swimming with a free swimming card. You can swim for free at Medway Park, Strood Sports Centre and Hoo Sports Centre.

To find out more, head to our free swimming card page.

Swimming lessons

We also offer an extensive swimming programme including mother and baby sessions and sessions for advanced swimmers.

With the Medway Sport Aquatic Development Centre, young people can also develop skills in diving, lifeguarding, synchronised swimming and coaching.

Find out more about our swimming lesson programme.

We also have an Aquatic Development Centre which can give advanced swimmers more opportunities to further their skills.
