info Coronavirus (COVID-19) updates

Most of our health and wellbeing services continue to run, either online or over the phone.

Man V Fat football is running at Strood Sports Centre. We also have a new league starting in Gillingham. Find out if you're eligible.

Cycling groups are taking place.

Nordic walking groups are now booking, and a start date will be confirmed soon.

Our Little Food Explorers programme will continue to run once a month virtually on the Tri for You Facebook page. All our other services remain open.

Our Smokefree Advice Centre is now open for face-to-face stop smoking and health check appointments. Please book in advance. You'll need to wear a face covering when visiting our Smokefree Advice Centre, unless you’re exempt.

If you have an appointment for a council health service, your session will still take place. Do not cancel your appointment as medical appointments can continue under the latest restrictions. But please do stay at home as much as possible to help stop the spread of the virus in Medway.

Walking groups have recommenced for the summer. Find a group near you.
